Founded in 1973 by Prof. Jürgen Simon and joined by Wilfried Reinhold (partner) in 1997 when the real estate appraisal office in its current form was established as an owner-managed appraisal office, it is now managed by the publicly appointed and certified appraisal experts Prof. Thore Simon and Tobias Gilich.
